(“Auricity”, “Auricity Developers”, “us”, “we” or “our”) including auricity.com, mobile site/applications (whether under the brand name Auricity Developers or by any other name so called) for iOS, Android, or any other operating system (collectively referred to as “Site”). This Policy describes how Auricity collects, uses, retains, maintains, shares, disposes of and protects user, customer and visitor information (hereinafter “user” or “you” or “your”) when you access and use the Site. This information may include but is not limited to any information you upload, emails exchanged with Auricity and other users of the Site and any information submitted/ provided by you to Auricity.

In order to use certain features on the Site, Auricity may require you to create an account (“Account”) where we require may you to provide certain Personally Identifiable information such as your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, place of birth, phone number, interests, and depending on the nature of services you avail, information pertaining to your gender and marital status, and other information as thought fit to provide you with the best services. Depending on the service being availed, some of the information we ask you to provide may be identified as mandatory and some identified as voluntary.

To create and maintain a trusted environment or to be in compliance with local, state or central laws, we may collect certain Personally Identifiable Information in order to verify your identity, such as images of specified government issued identification, including AADHAR, passport, national ID card, or driving license, or any other information as may be required to verify your identity.

When you communicate with Auricity or use the Site to communicate with Auricity’s affiliates and authorized service providers/agents or when you communicate with other users of Auricity, we collect all such correspondence, information about your communication and any additional information you choose to provide.
4. You may choose to provide us with additional Personally Identifiable Information in order to obtain a better user experience when using Auricity, such as uploading of a profile photo, your additional interests, and other such information not mandatorily collected from the users as provided for in the above fields.

1.2. Information collected automatically by us

On each visit to the Site, we may automatically collect the following:

1. technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, the User login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; information about the visits, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time), products viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
2. information via Cookies and other Tracking. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your device when visiting a website, which enable us to collect information about your device identifiers, web browsers used to access the services, pages or features viewed, time spent on pages, mobile app performance and links clicked. To enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements - It is very important for us and our users that we continually review, investigate and prevent any potentially prohibited or illegal activities that violate our Terms of Use. For the benefit of our entire user base, we carefully enforce our agreements with third parties and actively investigate violations of our posted Terms of Use. We reserve the right to terminate the provision of service to any user found engaging in activities that violate our Terms of Use.

To comply with legal and regulatory requirements - Respect for the privacy and security of Personal Data you store with us informs our approach to complying with regulations, governmental requests and user-generated inquiries. 1. Within Linking Space’s group companies and affiliates in relation to its business purposes;
2. With authorized Third Party Service Providers- Auricity may provide products and services through third parties, including without limitation, your background verification, advertising and payment services and many more. We may share Personally Identifiable Information with such third parties in order to fulfill orders, complete move in and move out data, solve issues and troubleshoot, and provide customer service. We may also provide personal information to individuals and companies with whom we have business relationships and may share your information with Third Party Service Providers to accomplish our administrative tasks. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by such parties is governed by the privacy policies of such parties and is not subject to our control.
3. With persons/entities that own/ manage other applications or websites that integrate with our API or services, or those with an API or service with which we are integrated or choose to integrate in future;
4. Auricity lets you publish information, including personal information, that is visible to the general public. For example, blog comments, parts of your public profile page, social media posts, your feedback or testimonials, or other features of our services that are obviously viewable by the general public;
5. Third parties where we have a duty to or are permitted to disclose your Information by law (e.g. law enforcement officials, government authorities);
6. With the police in the exercise of their functions or with others as required by a court order or for police verification purposes before occupying of a living space;
7. As with any other company, we could merge with, or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information. However, Personally Identifiable Information would remain subject to this Policy.

Your personal information may be transferred to or from any locations outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where Auricity’s Sites and/or databases are operated and managed By using and accessing the Site, you consent to the transfer to and processing of your Information including the Sensitive Personal Information and the Personally Identifiable Information, on servers that may be located in a jurisdiction different from where you are located, and that the protection of such Information may be different than required under the laws of your residence or location.

Auricity is not responsible if someone else accesses your Account on account of your failure to maintain security of your Account credentials.

You may update, rectify, erase, or transmit your Personal Data, if appropriate or as required by law through your Account settings. Please note that you do not have the option to connect to third party applications using your Account. Do note however, Auricity reserves the rights to save any Non-Personal, Device Information and usage Information and you are not entitled to seek the deletion of the same. Auricity at its sole discretion may permit or deny the change of any Information, if it is believed such Information is required to comply with applicable laws.

We ensure that your Information will not be kept for longer than is necessary and/or as may be required under law, and only kept for the purposes for which it is processed. Refund Policy

Our subscription-based payment model allows Realtors to access a range of real estate services, including training, property listings, and collaborations with prominent builders. This policy explains our cancellation and refund process.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team. Your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel on the 10th of the month and your billing cycle ends on the 30th, your subscription will continue until the 30th. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions. However, if you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation of the duplicate payment.

Trial Period

We offer a 30-day trial period for new Realtors who sign up for our subscription-based payment model. During this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. However, if Realtor choose to continue with our services after the trial period ends, Realtor will have to buy any one of the paid package available.
