On each visit to the Site, we may automatically collect the following:

- To enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements - It is very important for us and our users that we continually review, investigate and prevent any potentially prohibited or illegal activities that violate our Terms of Use. For the benefit of our entire user base, we carefully enforce our agreements with third parties and actively investigate violations of our posted Terms of Use. We reserve the right to terminate the provision of service to any user found engaging in activities that violate our Terms of Use.
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements - Respect for the privacy and security of Personal Data you store with us informs our approach to complying with regulations, governmental requests and user-generated inquiries. - Within Linking Space’s group companies and affiliates in relation to its business purposes;
- With authorized Third Party Service Providers- Auricity may provide products and services through third parties, including without limitation, your background verification, advertising and payment services and many more. We may share Personally Identifiable Information with such third parties in order to fulfill orders, complete move in and move out data, solve issues and troubleshoot, and provide customer service. We may also provide personal information to individuals and companies with whom we have business relationships and may share your information with Third Party Service Providers to accomplish our administrative tasks. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by such parties is governed by the privacy policies of such parties and is not subject to our control.
- With persons/entities that own/ manage other applications or websites that integrate with our API or services, or those with an API or service with which we are integrated or choose to integrate in future;
- Auricity lets you publish information, including personal information, that is visible to the general public. For example, blog comments, parts of your public profile page, social media posts, your feedback or testimonials, or other features of our services that are obviously viewable by the general public;

- With the police in the exercise of their functions or with others as required by a court order or for police verification purposes before occupying of a living space;

You may update, rectify, erase, or transmit your Personal Data, if appropriate or as required by law through your Account settings. Please note that you do not have the option to connect to third party applications using your Account. Do note however, Auricity reserves the rights to save any Non-Personal, Device Information and usage Information and you are not entitled to seek the deletion of the same. Auricity at its sole discretion may permit or deny the change of any Information, if it is believed such Information is required to comply with applicable laws.

We ensure that your Information will not be kept for longer than is necessary and/or as may be required under law, and only kept for the purposes for which it is processed. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team. Your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel on the 10th of the month and your billing cycle ends on the 30th, your subscription will continue until the 30th. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions. However, if you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation of the duplicate payment.
Trial Period
We offer a 30-day trial period for new Realtors who sign up for our subscription-based payment model. During this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. However, if Realtor choose to continue with our services after the trial period ends, Realtor will have to buy any one of the paid package available.
